The Apple Magazine wants to tell your story to your community. In the Fall issue, we are looking for people who would like to share their stories of survival, growth and hope.

• Families of Alzheimer’s patients – we want to hear how Alzheimer’s has affected your family, your relationship and your life.
• Women who discovered a lump via self-exam – tell our readers how important it is to perform self-exams, how self-exams saved your life, and how you dealt with or are dealing with your diagnosis.
